Hello beautiful readers. It's Justin again. I'm working on getting more consistent with my content. Hope you noticed. If you never read one of my post, then its an honor to meet you, i'm extremely grateful and humbled to have you here.

To tell you a bit about Taino Studios, it's a creative studio attached to a book store in Downtown Dover Delaware. And quite frankly its where my heart and soul resides.

Everyone who walks through the doors is considered to be family, no matter the race, gender, or sexual orientation. Generalizations are pretty trash. But EVERYONE within these doors are simply humans, in their own walks of life, and are treated with fairness and individuality.

There are several carefully selected fun and creative services that are designed to benefit the community of Dover Delaware and anyone interested in becoming apart of the Taino Studios Family.

No matter the service, the end goal is always to leave the customer satisfied and fulfilled. The problem with buying from big businesses is that the product is usually transferred more efficiently at the cost of a personable experience.

Here, I want you to be yourself unapologetically, no code switching needed.

Balance is the key. No attitudes. No mal intentions. Just good energy, good reads, good, art, good photography, and good music.

As the owner, I am here for customers 24/7. Just call or text me. If I don't answer, chances are i'm either mediating, teaching, reading, or working out.

Photo shoots

Hey guys, well we are in a pandemic still. And a good idea for yourself, a friend, or even a family member, would be to take outdoor pictures. They are a lasting memory that are timeless.

I love working with all kinds of people that reach far and wide from a variety of back grounds. Wedding couples are hilarious in how they interact. It seems as though after being with someone for a long period amount of time, people begin to think and speak similarly.

Figure Drawing Classes

Everyone starts off with a stick figure. And class by class we develop our artistic skill set as a whole to further expand our visions. Live male and female models are utilized as a reference, on a regular basis when you take classes here. No pressure. Did I mention the music is great?

Art is a process and I am very patient with my clients needs and request, as I view class as a collaboration.

Clients have the freedom to even bring their own ideas for the models to pose. Since Taino Studios is socially conscious, our models come in all shapes and sizes.

It's been apparent through out art history that figure drawing models are only right if they are white and petite. That is not so. An emphasis on the philosophy of beauty is explored at Taino Studios.

Blog and Article Writing

If you're looking for soulful writing, this is the place to come. There's been a shift in the way that people communicate with each other in 2021. Businesses are interacting with their clients in person less and less.

Which seems as though it would be detrimental to a business profit. However, online clothing lines such as Earth and Tone are beginning and thriving as a result of passion transmuted into an online shop.

The tough reality is that, adjusting to this strange social dynamic of communicating through a screen is a new found requirment for success in the digital era.

If you decide to travel to Taino Studios, there's an abundance of places you can go to in order to make a personal trip out of jump starting or enhancing your business's writing.

I'm not sure about you, but when I go places for the first time. The first thing I research in the area is local food. The Cobble stone cafe is an amazing spot to go to, just a walk away from the studio! You can even bring a piece of Delaware with you by purchasing a book, journal, or work of art.

In all, your needs will be met. And the commitment, dedication, and compassion required to make your dream a reality will be valued.

Sip & Paints

Wow Taino Studios has come a long way, since it's humble beginnings at my Dorm room common area in 2019. Thanks to all the support, I ended up being able to save up for an actual place of business.

Which was perfect timing by the way.

The video above is a super rare and serves as a reminder that with a lot of hard work and even more fun. Anything is possible.

Spring time is here! And people are getting vaccinated. For those who feel comfortable, Taino Studios will be hosting sip and paints featuring Musicians from around the area. On April 24, 2021 The Figtree will bring a jazz/ r&b twist to pair with your choice f wine. You bring the wine and I will bring the pre-drawn canvases, brushes, and music.

Custom Canvas Building

Have you ever spent a pretty penny on a canvas and wondered why it was so expensive? Well it takes a lot of time and innovation to make a canvas it is a multi step process which at times can be difficult to to pull off. And that’s why we want to teach you how to build your own so that way you can save money while simultaneously creating the perfect fit for your artwork.

Here at Taino Studios our canvases are handmade! We build them from scratch. We measure the frames and canvas to the desired size and once we have our canvas built we jessel.

I know it sounds pretty simple but it can be a very intricate process.once your canvas is designed you can do just about anything with it such as painting, print design and other graphics.

But you’re not limited to just one form of canvas your world is your canvas start using it! Everyday items such as a book back, handbag, purse or even your shoes can be used as a canvas! Don’t believe us, stop by Taino Studios and we will show you up close and personal.

Kids art classes

While school is back for many students and teachers, extracurricular activites in Dover Delaware are hard to find. This is where we come into the picture. Hands on engaging kids art classes are offered here at Taino Studios.

I am having free and affordable online and in person art classes at Taino Studios to give the youth a creative outlet while teaching them practical skills such as space management.

Kids from the ages 6-14 can enjoy a free class here at Taino Studios. Where they can learn how to draw a portrait, buildings, or a local landscape

Classes are moderately instructional where allow students creative freedom after the fundamentals are established.

Photography Class

So you’re interested in photography or you know someone who is interested in photography? Taino Studios is the right avenue for you. We are located in Dover DE on the Green.

We offer classes for kids and adults. We offer digital photography but we teach classes on the skills and techniques used for film cameras. Don’t feel intimidated!

It doesn’t matter your skill level we offer classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Also due to Covid 19 we are offering hybrid classes, which means we will be teaching classes in person as well as online. if you’re a college student we are also offering 15% off student discount for classes.

Lastly we’d like to mention that we are offering free community workshops, our workshops are about community outreach and teaching individuals how to create a profitable business out of photography and their creative endeavors. Most Importantly this class is about teaching and enhancing skills, and techniques that can help you grow and expand as an individual have fun, classes are about improving your skill but also having a good time doing it. Feel free to bring a friend or family member!
